To complete the Delicious Apples objective, start a trail ride on the Mossy Trail, stop at the apple tree along the route, and pick the apples. Each apple is added to your treat storage, giving you free treats instead of buying them.

How to complete Delicious Apples

  1. Choose the Mossy Trail

Begin a trail ride and select the Mossy Trail route.
  2. Ride the route and watch for the tree

Follow the trail and look for the apple tree along the way.
  3. Stop at the tree

Pull up at the apple tree.
  4. Pick the apples

Collect the apples. They are added to your treat storage.

When you pick an apple, the game confirms the pickup and adds it to your treat storage.

Where to find the apple tree

In one release-day playthrough, the apple tree appeared shortly after crossing the bridge on the Mossy Trail, around what one player described as the intersection. One pickup message read "You collected an apple. It was added to your treat storage."

Common mistakes

  • Riding past the tree. In pre-release footage, one player cantered up a hill expecting the tree there, missed it, and concluded it had actually been lower on the route. Slow down near the bridge and check both the path ahead and below.
  • Using an exhausted horse. In that same pre-release footage, a tired horse was blocked from starting a trail ride, so the player switched horses. Pick a horse with enough energy for the trip.
  • Pushing a nervous horse. In release-day footage, a horse that spooked at something on the trail could be handled by easing off rather than forcing it forward; the player noted a fully confident horse passed without stopping.

Route reminder

The observed route cue is the bridge/intersection area in the linked playthroughs. Look for the tree while riding the Mossy Trail; no exact compass direction or collection key is established by these clips.
