About the game

Horses of Hoofprint Bay is a hand-drawn 2D barn-building and simulation game. You start with a run-down stable and a single mare, then train horses in strength and confidence to compete in show jumping and cross country for prize money. Breeding lets foals inherit a mix of their parents' coloring, white patterns, and personality traits. Later building stages unlock new training courses, staff applications, and a breeding lab that previews possible foals. The developers state the game is made entirely by humans without generative AI, and it includes an in-game library of equestrian knowledge.
